During the last 4 years, she has been involved in the area of full life cycle implementation, supporting Global Implementations and managing Regional ones, which include Project Management activities, Client Relationship, Client Roadshows & Presentations, Sales, Process Map Development & Optimization, CPI Operational Assessments and Applicant Tracking System (Taleo, 2xBrassring, Avature among others) Training, UAT and Train-the-Trainer.

With over 9 years of experience within RPO, Maru, trilingual (English, Portuguese and Spanish), has worked in various roles starting as an experienced Recruiter, Staffing Consultant and Team Lead responsible for active and passive sourcing, recruiting, cold calling, team management and reporting. Maru has worked with several Fortune 500 clients, and has led and trained successful teams all across the US, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. In more recent years she has moved into an Implementation role working with both global and regional implementations in Latin America. Maru has worked supporting global clients in Process Engineering and enhancements, Technology Training (Taleo, 2xB, 2xO, Pleoplesoft) Full program training adapted to the future recruitment process, UAT and Train-the- Trainer, CPI Operational Assessments, Gap Analysis, SOP & WI creation, HM Training and Change Management.
